209. Connect Workspace Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026. The application is operated by David Sicairos. Its member dashboard is called Workstation.

Service

The application provides personal planning, tasks, goals, focus tools, reflections, reviews and creator drafts. It is a planning tool, not medical or clinical care. Features can change or become unavailable; retain your own copies of important records.

Your account and content

Use an account you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in credentials and do not access another person's records or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for the content you enter and for having permission to use it. You retain your rights in your content; the service processes it to provide the workspace as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third parties and exports

Authentication, hosting and storage rely on third-party providers. Third-party destinations have their own terms. Exported files contain private text without application-level encryption; review and protect them before sharing.

Availability and your rights

The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, requests and contact

See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion requests. Contact the operator through David Sicairos on LinkedIn. Do not send passwords, recovery links, tokens or private journal content.
